County Appointed Registrar
County Elections offices may appoint registrars to assist in voter registration efforts.聽A registrar provides valuable assistance to the county elections office in registering members of the community to vote. This includes ensuring the completion of voter registration applications and verifying the required identification and residency documents.
Requirements
- Be appointed by the county clerk
- Take the oath of office administered by the county clerk
- Complete the training video and accompanying questions
- Be non-partisan
