County Clerks shall deliver in writing a list of precinct committeemen who were elected at the last primary election, or who have since been appointed as precinct committeemen. .
Candidates may file declarations of candidacy with the Secretary of State beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday and must be filed by no later than 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the filing period.
